NEC4. Limitation of delay damages under X7

NEC3 and NEC4 Contracts

Is there a limitation on the amount of delay damages under X7 and, if so, where do I find that in the contract?
I believe it is 10% but I cannot find any reference to that.

There is no limit on liquidated damages under the NEC4 contracts

There is no limit on NEC unamended. A Z clause would be required to add a cap.

I personally think NEC unamended should have a cap as standard though, as in practice, most LD’s are capped at anywhere from between 5 to 20% of the contract value.
