This is an instance where the Project Manager rejected a notice of a compensation event, issued by the Contractor. The Contractor disputed that rejection, notified the Senior Representatives, the other Party and the Project Manager of the dispute and its desire to resolve same. Within one week of this notice, the Contractor issued its statement of case to the Client’s Senior Reps. The Client did not issue a statement of case and, three weeks later, has not engaged on the matter. What is the resolution?

In that case you would revert to clause W2.1(1) which, amongst other things, says ‘if the dispute is not resolved by Senior Representatives it is referred to and decided by the Adjudicator’
So you may refer the dispute to Adjudication.
