Is it possible to have several Access Dates to the same part of the Working Areas? I can’t see any mechanism for this, but equally nothing in NEC saying you can’t.
Example: A Contractor needs to access a central section of a site for a concrete pour, they are given AD1 (date and area defined) and a Key Date for when they must complete the pour by. Can a second Access Date be set for the same area 6 months later, for the same Contractor to undertake an MEP install ? Would you just list them as normal Access Dates in Contract Data Part 1?
