We require that when viewing other page views within a contract (EW register for example) that the name of the contract appears at the top. Can the contract title appear as a header on all page views and also when a user drill down on to a notice can the notice reference appear in the breadcrumb navigation.
and when in a quotation within the CE, the quotation reference is shown as well.
The first screenshot where it shows the number added to the header - the number needs to go at the end so it will read:
Contract Name / Compensation Events / PM Compensation Events 00009

As far as I can see from you suggestions, register page and detail page is combined and its not very intuitive, I think It should represent the page navigation hierarchy as it is.
I think number 3-(Workflow Group Name) is a bit of an extra information, that could be removed if necessary.
