What is the procedure for the Contractor submitting a revised programme to the Project Manager?

Clause 32.2 states than when the Contractor gives a revised programme to the Project Manager for acceptance, he must do so: within the period for reply; when the Contractor chooses to; and at an interval no longer than that stated in the Contract Data from the starting date until Completion. When appraising the revised programme, the Project Manager should take note of changes to the times when the Employer is required to provide information, facilities, possession et al. He should also be willing to accept a programme with earlier dates if the Employer is satisfied with the earlier dates.
