How does the Employer change the Project Manager or the Supervisor?
The Employer may replace the Project Manager or the Supervisor after he has notified the Contractor of the name of the replacement.
The Employer issues an Employer’s Notification and notifies the Contractor of the name of the new Project Manager or the Supervisor and the effective date of his appointment.
