How can sub-consultants be dealt with under the PCS?

We are responding to a tender as a Lead Company within a group of companies and we will be providing a rate deck for all our resources. How do we cater for the other company resources if the contracting route from Employer will be through the Lead Company as there is no provision for a Subcontract Fee Percentage.

There is also no direct Fee Percentage.

Instead, whatever main option you are under and regardless of whether the staff are employed direct or are subconsonsultants, you tender ‘staff rates’ in Contract Data Part two.
