How are periods of time measured under Option Y(UK)2?
Time periods are stated in days in order to comply with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. This is unlike the NEC family of contracts, in which periods of time are measured in weeks to avoid complications of rest days and statutory holidays.
