Contract execution - Are wet signatures a legal requirement?

Hi,

General question - when the parties to a contract are physically executing the agreement, does it have to be wet signed? Can another facility which allows electronic signatures be used to streamline the process?

You dont need to have a wet signature. Using docusign or similar is fine.
