Clause 32 Programme

As a sub-contractor we have been instructed to issue an updated Clause 32 programme.

We have a number of access dates in the contract data which have not been made available to us and so this is a CE under 60.1.2.

We cannot get firm access dates to certain areas from the contractor so how do we deal with this within our clause 32 programme submission?

I suggest one thing you could do is ask for an early warning meeting with the Contractor and at that ask it to give you assumed dates to use for the cl 32
