Can the Employer be a party to the construction subcontracts in Option F: management contract?
If the Employer wishes to be a party to the construction subcontracts, a management contract is not appropriate and he should instead appoint a construction manager as the Project Manager and use the ECC with appropriate main Options for the contracts with package contractors.
