What happens if the Contractor wishes to be responsible for doing work other than management in Option F: Management contract but makes no mention of this in the Contract Data?
If the Contractor wishes to be responsible for doing work other than management but does not mention it in the Contract Data, the work would have to be subcontracted or its price covered by the Fee (see Clause 20.2).
