I am nearing the end of a project working on an Option B contract with the subcontractor. They have managed to better their accepted programme by 2 weeks.
As their prelims are also line items with weeks and a rate next to them does this mean that they cannot claim for the full number of weeks as they finished early? If so what is stopping the subcontractor from stringing out the last remaining works to get their full prelims?
