Bespoke Contract solely allows for reimbursement for Direct Cost only. Is inflation of prices due to delay of placing subcontract orders considered as a Direct Cost or Indirect Cost?
Superficially it would appear that you could recover this additional cost however it would depend on the precise wording of the contract and on the meaning of the term “Direct Cost” in this contract (if the reason you capitalised it means that it is a defined term in the contract.
