When is a Partner paid the amount associated with achieving a Key Performance Indicator?
A Partner is paid the amount stated in the Schedule of Partners if the target stated for a Key Performance Indicator is met or exceeded. Payment of the amount is made as part of the amount due in the Partner’s Own Contract (see Clause X12.4(1)).
