Each party must bear its own legal costs regardless of the result, unless the contract provides otherwise or the parties expressly give jurisdiction to the adjudicator to allocate costs. The parties will be deemed to have given the adjudicator such jurisdiction if both parties claim for their legal costs as part of their submissions.
