It either comprises: a list of Defects which the Contractor has not corrected but were notified before the Defect Date; or, in the event that there are no Defects, a statement that there are no Defects (see Clause 11.1(6)). Its issue marks the end of most of the Parties’ obligations. However, Uncorrected Defects are dealt with according to the procedure in Clause 45.
