What can the Project Manager do if the Contractor’s quotation for acceleration is unacceptable?
If the Project Manager does not accept the Contractor’s quotation then there is no change to the Completion Date but neither is the Contractor entitled to a change in the Prices. The Project Manager can try to negotiate on a practical level but there is no other contractual recourse to impose acceleration upon the Contractor.
