There is a mistake in the Bill of Quantities. Is this a compensation event?
Yes. Each correction of a mistake in the Bill of Quantities which is a departure from the rules of measurement or is due to ambiguities or inconsistencies is a compensation event and may result in a reduction of the Prices (see Clause 60.6).
