As part of my PCSA & management of the design / development of costs can I apply OHP % on project team. So I need to reflect true base costs then the up lift?
Please could you advise if the PCSA is based on NEC or JCT and provide more context to your question?
Agree with Neil that a bit more information would help here but…
In a PCSA I would generally expect cost and OHP to distinguished and clearly set out. You would always do this in NEC as cost plus fee and I think the expectation would be the same under JCT or any other PCSA
