Looking at the PSSC Contract Data it states additional conditions on the last Page of the Client Contract Data . Can these be referenced as Z Clauses - there is no note of Z Clause in the Contract unlike the NEC4 PSC Contract. Thanks

yes. If you want to amend the PCSA or add in additional clauses then you can use Z clauses to effect that. You need to be careful when doing this as there are lots of clauses that have a relationship with other clauses and amending one can have knock on consequences for the next. Best to seek professional help.
