NEC ECC: Zclauses - additional conditions of contract selection

What are the z clauses required for designing of youth and outreach center based on main option A and traditional Lump Sum procurement route?

Z clauses are changes that a Client feels are necessary to make the NEC contract they have chosen fit their bespoke requirements. NEC4 makes some enhancements and corrections to NEC3 so by the nature of choosing NEC4 there should be less likely for the need of multiple amendments. They are intended where a particular industry or type of project requires some additional wording to meet or clarify the risk profile the Client requires.

Hopefully very few will be needed - and certainly there is not a list that you specifically need for the specific project you name. The Client just needs to choose the right primary option, correct secondary options and then make the Scope (Works Information in NEC3) and Site Information as comprehensive and specific as possible and there should be the need for very few Z clauses at all.
