Is it possible to pay a compensation event monthly, even after it has been implemented. Would agreeing to do so technically time bar a compensation event after an 8 week period?
You can pay a compensation event monthly after implementation. The implemented CE should be incorporated into the Activity Schedule and can be split across activities that are completed on a monthly basis.
The time bar referred to relates to the notification of a compensation event, not quotations or payment. Given that the CE has been implemented it would have passed the initial phase of notification / acceptance, and progressed to implementation. The time bar would not be applicable at this stage.
