How does the ECSC deal with the payless notice under the Construction Act?

If the HGCRA 96 is to apply then this should be selected on page 2 of the Contract Data Yes/No.
If the HGCRA 96 does apply then the clauses 1.1. to 1.8 on page CC 12 of 12 apply.
Clause 1.3 deals with the payless notice. if the Employer intends to pay less than the notified sum, he notifies the Contractor NOT LATER THAN 7 DAYS before the final date for payment.
