We have yet to execute a framework contract with a potential client and as part of the clarification stages they have asked us to provide a full breakdown of what we have included in our fee and the associated percentages. Please can you advise if we have an obligation to provide this detail.
If you have not yet signed a contract then you are not “obliged” to show anything. I don’t think you have to show this, but if they are asking and you refuse they will be wondering what you have to hide. Even if you do show them they cant MAKE you change it. I would ask them what they intend to do with this information and decide accordingly if you wish to share this. At the end of the day IF the review of this fee is part f their award criteria it may be in your interest to do it.
