NEC TSC: Service Manager - Delegated powers

Is their any hierarchy in decisions made by the Service Manager and those with delegated powers? For example can a client representative with delegated powers reverse a decision made by the Service Manager?

No there is no hierarchy between original named person and that of a delegate. They carry equal weight. Any instruction by one or other would supersede the previous and in itself would be a compensation event if is an instruction changing the Service information (or Scope under NEC4)
