Would a PSC be suitable for a security contractor who is to provide security services for a site which includes security personnel, CCTV equipment and Software ?

For me, probably not as
(a) it is a bit too complex a contract for such a simple service
(b) it is probably not in the realms of a ‘professional’ service
© it is being provided at a location and
(d) physical infrastructure is being provided, so more than just people services.
I would have thought the NEC4 Term Service SHORT Contract would be most suitable.
