I note with interest the option to seek relief via Option X2 Changes in the law. Is this new legislation recognised under Scottish Law? i.e. applicable to contracts in Scotland.
The Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020 as passed by the UK Parliament apply to England only see here: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/129/regulation/1/made . I assume there is an equivalent Scottish legislation as Scotland has a separate health care system, but I could not find the act on Google.
So I assume X2 would apply in Scotland.
