Contractor has submitted information to get Final Statement plus replied to a series of clarifications from the Employer. The Employer has rejected the request for Final Statement upon basis there is insufficient information. Contractor has therefore asked the Employer to provide a Final Statement but some 8 weeks later this has still not been issued.

What can the Contractor do in these circumstances?

Take the matter to Adjudication is the simple answer. There is a webinar on here that tells you all about that process so please listen to it. Mike

Thanks Mike and for your prompt reply. My first thought was adjudication but figured I would try the bigger brains here to see if there was any other option!
