Is the Adjudicator’s decision final?
If, after four weeks of the Adjudicator’s decision, neither Party has notified the other that he is dissatisfied and intends to refer the matter to the tribunal, the Adjudicator’s decision is final (see Clause W1.3(10)). However, if a dispute is referred to the tribunal, the tribunal has the powers to reconsider any decision of the Adjudicator and review and revise any action or inaction of the Project Manager or the Supervisor related to the dispute (see Clause W1.4(4)).
