How does the Project Manager delegate an action?
He realised he cannot perform all his duties in the time imparted.
He can delegate actions unless they are to do with acceleration of programme, change of Works Information or determination of how much the Contractor should be paid.
He can delegate to whomever except the Supervisor.
In order to delegate, he issues to the Contractor a delegation notification specifying the action, to whom, what and for how long the action is delegated.
