Could someone recommend a standard form of contract which would be appropriate for the following:-

  1. Contractor to design and construct a shed including industrial plant (shot blasting equipment etc)
  2. Apx value £0.60m of which half the value is the plant and the remaining half is the shed construction
  3. Essentially a turnkey installation with the contractor to provide the completed and commissioned building and plant ready for use by the Employer
