Where a user creates a draft reply a useful existing feature is the ability to notify a user that the draft is awaiting their review. Some users have fed back that they would prefer this dropdown list to be filtered to include only the person creating the draft (in case they need to return to the draft so want to send a reminder notification to themselves) plus users with rights to communicate that particular reply [i.e. as configured for that particular contract]. The option not to generate an email notification at all would also be desirable.
