When creating a draft FastDraft already provides a submenu of unpublished drafts on the ActionReminders. For the sake delivery a consistent user experience it would be useful if this capability could be extended to draft replies as well (i.e. not just restricted to draft forms).
e.g. (existing capability for drafts to be replicated for draft replies)
Notifications in Draft show the cumulative number of drafts for that wf. Clicking the item takes you to register page. And you can see the draft status in that list. If you apply the same logic to reply drafts you won’t be able to spot drafted replies from the awaiting reply records. Do you think that this is reasonable? @Steve.Webley @chriscorr @batuhan.balaban
Good point, but i thought the reminders linked through to the actual notice not the register?
Drafts linked through to the registers and the rest linked through to the actual notice.
Emir yes this sounds sensible.
The user can add the ‘Draft Reply By’ field to the register and use a combination of this and the status to determine which drafts are awaiting their review. If ‘Draft Reply By’ is not populated there is no draft.
