Where the clauses stipulates - where supply manager and supplier agree that a CE only affects the price list prices…etc what is the criteria to agree? Where a supplier has been given an instruction under 14.3 and provided with a CE requesting a quote via 61.1 can the supplier try to use pricing from the price list using 63.1 where 63.1 has not been mentioned/agreed etc? The PMI was given with a reasonable idea of defined cost… 63.1 is now trying to be used to inflate the defined cost due to a vague lump sum line item and loosely trying to connect the cost leaning on similar but not identical.
