How would a weather event be assessed under NEC4, if the MET Office location based downtime summaries showed that both the 1-in-10 year values for daily rainfall and days of freezing had been exceeded?
Does one take precedence over the other, or are the effects of the combined total number of excess days taken into account when making an assessment?
