After receiving a notice of adjudication, how long does the Adjudicator have to notify the Parties either that he is able to decide the dispute or he is unable to decide the dispute and has resigned?
The Adjudicator must notify the Parties whether he is able to decide the dispute or that he is unable to decide the dispute and has resigned, within three days of receiving the notice of adjudication (see Clause W2.3(1)).
