About the early warning and the compensation event

Is there any Clause about the compensation event is assessed if only early warning is notified by Contractor ( if early warning is required at that moment)? I understand if early warning is required in the case, compensation event will be only be assessed when early warning is given. However, I cannot find any Clause related to this issue? Where does it mention in the NEC?

Have a look at clauses 61.5 and 63.5, I think those are the clauses you are referring to.

Above reply relates to NEC3 clauses, NEC4 clauses are 61.5 and 63.7 under ECC.
