With regard to procurement legislation, what mandatory information must be included within tender documents?

The existing legislation dictates that the following must be included within the tender documents:

·     The final date for receipt of tenders, or date for commencement of dialogue;

·     The language(s) to be used for the response;

·     A reference to the contract notice;

·     The award criteria and weightings, where they have not already been disclosed in the contract notice;

·     An indication of any selection information to be included; this is required in accordance with regulations 24 to 26.
