When may a dispute about the Project Manager or Supervisor not having taken an action be referred to the Adjudicator?

Between two and four weeks after the Contractor has notified the Employer and the Project Manager of the dispute. This first notification must not be made more than four weeks after the Contractor becomes aware that the action was not taken (see Adjudication table W1.3).
