What should the Contractor do if he needs to carry out work which may obstruct the Supervisor’s tests or inspections?

He should notify the Supervisor in plenty of time so that the tests can be done before the Contractor carries out work which may obstruct the Supervisor’s tests (see Clause 40.3).
