What is the purpose of Option X20?
Option X20 allows the performance of the Contractor to be tracked against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This incentivises the Contractor to achieve the Employer’s objectives by setting clear measurable targets. These targets can be related to the project specific or wider objectives.
