What is the purpose of Key Performance Indicators?
KPIs are intended to encourage and motivate, by setting targets and attaching a financial incentive for achieving it. They are not intended to coerce the Contractor into meeting the Employer’s objectives. As such, they should be used as an incentive and not as a penalty.
