What can the Parties do if the Adjudicator does not make his decision within the time provided by the contract?

What can the Parties do if the Adjudicator does not make his decision and notify it to the Parties within the time provided by the contract?

If the Adjudicator does not make his decision and notify it to the Parties within the time provided by the contract, he is in breach of his contract with the Parties. The Parties can then choose either to agree with the Adjudicator to extend the period for making his decision or if they do not agree to an extension, either Party may act as if the Adjudicator has resigned by procuring the appointment of a replacement adjudicator under Clause W2.2(3).
