Updated Features
Live Training Analytics Dashboard
A new Live Training dashboard has been introduced to Analytics. This dashboard will contain all the Live Training-specific widgets from the Overview dashboard PLUS two new widgets focused on utilizing resources (location and instructors). This dashboard is additive and will not impact any existing widgets or scheduled reports related to live training.
Showing Connected Programs from Courses
You can see what program a course belongs to under a new table called “Associated Content” from a course author page. When you select the tab, you will see the list of programs the course is a part of and the number of active enrolments in that program. This information should provide more insight into how your content is being distributed in your organization and how many users could be impacted by any changes made to the course.
Re-enrol individual Learners into Journeys
Admins can re-enrol individual learners into Journeys. It will enrol them into the journey’s current (most recent) version.
Admins can easily manage their content by bulk archiving courses, deleting courses, and auto-tagging skills to courses. Admins can re-enrol all completed learners by group in courses.
