Bridge Learn Updates
In this Bridge Learn release, Admins can navigate to Users, Groups, and Subaccount pages through Journeys.
Updated Feature
User, Group Names, and Affiliated Accounts are Clickable in Journeys
Admins can navigate to Users, Groups, and Subaccount pages through Journeys. Previously, you could not click to navigate to any of those options. We’ve added this to help align with other learnables functionality within Bridge and make it easier to navigate those items.
Changes to Inactive Enrolments included in Overview Widget
We will introduce changes to the Overview Dashboard to help maintain consistency throughout the Analytics tool. These changes include:
- A new filter for inactive enrolments (this filter already exists in Transcripts.)
- The default setting for this filter will be “No” to include Inactive Enrolments (the same default setting for Transcripts).
Currently, inactive enrolments are included by default in the Overview dashboard. This change will introduce the flexibility to decide whether or not to include inactive enrollments in your data.
Any existing scheduled reports delivered from the Overview dashboard will continue to reflect the data configured initially, meaning the inactive items will continue to show up.
Any new scheduled reports created will default to only including inactive enrolments if expressly set to show them.
If an existing scheduled report is updated after this filter is introduced, you will need to explicitly select “Yes” in the filter to continue to include inactive enrolments.
