Learn
In this Bridge Learn release (Jun 2023), A new setting is available for SCORM courses that will allow an author to dictate how Bridge should handle SCORM courses that do not send a score or success state.
New Feature
New SCORM Setting
A new setting is available for SCORM courses that will allow an author to dictate how Bridge should handle SCORM courses that do not send a score or success state. There are two options for Handling Completed Unknown:
- Score with exam as 0%
- Score with exam as 100%
We heard your feedback about how confusing it was that a SCORM course with no score would be completed but reflected a 0% score in reports and on certificates. This setting provides an option to indicate that a course was completed and show 100% on reports and certificates.
Note: By default, the new setting will be a score of 0% to mirror existing functionality within Bridge. You can reach out to Support to adjust this to be a 100% default account-wide, but this will only affect courses imported after the setting has been adjusted.
