LMS Updates - Bridge

Performance

In this Bridge Performance release (May 2023), Admins can add participants to Performance Conversations using Groups. Data Download files for Performance will no longer include the User Name and Manager Name attributes.

Updated Features
Add Participants via Group to Performance Conversations

Admins can add participants to Performance Conversations using Groups. This is in addition to the options that already exist.
Adding Groups to the Performance Conversation will take a snapshot of the group; this means that new users added to the group will not be added automatically to the Conversation. To add those new users to the Conversation, you can either add them individually, using a CSV, or you can add the group again, which will add the new users.

Groups cannot be added to active Performance Conversation cycles.
