LMS Updates - Bridge
Performance
In this Bridge Performance release (May 2023), Admins can add participants to Performance Conversations using Groups. Data Download files for Performance will no longer include the User Name and Manager Name attributes.
Updated Features
Add Participants via Group to Performance Conversations
Admins can add participants to Performance Conversations using Groups. This is in addition to the options that already exist.
Adding Groups to the Performance Conversation will take a snapshot of the group; this means that new users added to the group will not be added automatically to the Conversation. To add those new users to the Conversation, you can either add them individually, using a CSV, or you can add the group again, which will add the new users.
Groups cannot be added to active Performance Conversation cycles.
Changes to Perform Data Download Files
Data Download files for Performance will no longer include the User Name and Manager Name attributes. It previously caused export issues which led to failures. The User IDs will remain in the file so that you can identify both users and managers.

In this Bridge Learn release (May 2023), Multiple Learning improvements in the Mobile App!
Updated Feature
Learning Improvements in the Mobile App
Learners can remove registrations from optional enrollments themselves! Not being able to unregister learnings from the app put a heavy burden on the admins with frontline workers. They had to impersonate them in order to remove the registration. This challenge has been solved!
Sharing courses and programs are also made possible!
The empty ‘Needs my attention’ caused some confusion when learners had required learnings. From now on, required learnings are showing up in Needs my attention, so required learnings are not missed!
New Feature
Suggested topics for 1on1 Agendas in the mobile app
Coming up with great topics for a 1on1 meeting can be challenging. Especially if you have been promoted to your first manager role or joined a new company. We added thought-provoking questions to spark meaningful conversations with your team and peers. You can check out yourself when adding new talking point to the
