Bridge Updates
In this Bridge Learn release (Nov 2022), Enable team leads and admins to check their team’s learning progress while on the go. Journeys can be duplicated similarly to other learnables. Journeys and Learn notifications are bundled.
New Feature
Analytics on Mobile
Enable team leads and admins to check their team’s learning progress while on the go. They can access the Analytics Overview page with all of its functions.
Duplicate Journeys
Journeys can be duplicated similarly to other learnables. The copy will not be published and will have “Copy of…” in the title. The duplicate Journey will not contain any enrollments. If a Journey were never published, the duplicate would create a copy of the draft version; otherwise, the last published version will be copied.
Updated Feature
Notifications Bundling
Journeys and Learn notifications are bundled. Instead of users receiving many emails at once, a single email containing all the information about assignments will be sent.
Emails that were not sent out will not show up on the admin page, this is to prevent confusion about whether opting out worked or not.
Due to these updates, notifications will not go out immediately. Bridge will wait a short time to gather other notifications for bundling. The delay will be approximately 10 minutes.
Performance
In this Bridge Performance release (Nov 2022), A new page has been added to the navigation dedicated to Performance Conversations.
New Feature
Performance Conversation Landing Page
A new page has been added to the navigation dedicated to Performance Conversations. Users can access any active Conversations they are part of on this page and their history of prior Conversations.
Key problems this will solve:
- The homepage tile will no longer be the only access point for a Performance Conversation.
- In the scenario of a manager change, a new manager can view the Performance Conversation history of an employee by utilizing the tertiary nav to see the agendas of all prior conversations associated with an employee.
