New features on Bridge
In this Bridge Learn release (Mar 2022), You can turn your existing Programs into Journeys. The Auto CSV information will appear under Tools rather than the Learn Insights. Updates have been made to the Live Training Learner information.
New Feature
Turn Programs into Journeys
You can turn your existing Programs into Journeys. It will keep the Program and create a new Journey with the same name and all the steps in a program (except Live Trainings and Headers.) The Journey will schedule all the steps as “available immediately,” and no enrollments will be created.
This is an easy way to test how Programs would look in a Journey.
Note: Journeys is still in the Beta phase.
Updated Features
Auto CSV has moved under Tools
The Auto CSV information will appear under Tools rather than the Learn Insights. The feature has not changed in any way; the behavior of the widget will remain the same.
Note: This change has come from the eventual retirement of the Learn Insights area.
Live Training Learner Enhancements
Updates have been made to the Live Training Learner information.
All statues are now shown in the Learner’s list of Live Trainings. This means it will now indicate if the user is invited, registered, or attended. Previously it only shows the ‘attended’ tag and left everything else blank when it came to the status of a Learner. Caveat: If an enrollment has a “deleted” status that will not be displayed within the UI.
From the Learner tab of a Live Training, a user can export the enrollments csv file. Previously this file included a “Date Attended” column. If a user was manually marked as attended the date within in the enrollments CSV looked like the date of the session. Moving forward there are now separate columns for “Session Date” and “Marked Attended At” to clearly distinguish between this data.
Performance
In this Bridge Performance release, some customers utilize the Objective and Key Result (OKR) framework for their organizational goal setting.
Updated Feature
OKR Terminology
Some customers utilize the Objective and Key Result (OKR) framework for their organizational goal setting. We’ve added a new admin setting within the Goals feature to support this framework that will change Bridge’s goal terminology. If this is enabled:
- Any references to “Goal” across Bridge will be changed to “Objective.”
- Any reference to “Subtask” across Bridge will be changed to “Key Result.”
